Reflection post of 2020

As January, 2021 comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on the past year. While some businesses struggled with change and the forced pursuit of pivoting, I was blessed to have served some great clients whose businesses prospered in the dim light of the pandemic.

Here is a list of the great businesses I was able to work with in 2020:

Sampson’s Hollow. This is a beautiful event venue nestled next to the Great Smoky Mountains who specializes in weddings and corporate events.

2 Guys 2 Guitars. The name says it all. They perform music for events in the East Tennessee region and beyond. Their cool demeanor and smooth sounds echo good vibes with every audience they encounter.

Hardt Tutoring Services. Imagine being tutored by someone who has flown the International Space Station. Meghan is an amazing instructor who had great timing with almost every child in school transitioning to online learning.

Denver Hunt Company. Exceptional home renovation company based out of Maryville, TN. Denver’s knowledge of renovations and recommendations for improvements to your home will surpass your wildest dreams.

Justin Cormier Designs. This is an astonishing home designer out of Knoxville. He recently had a website upgrade which is user friendly and guides the user through thousands of incredible home designs. If you are thinking about building or redesigning your home, he is where you start.

Tristar Portable Restrooms. This was a start up company dropping off and servicing portable toilets which more than doubled his business and grew to expand his business into septic pumping and RV cleaning. He founded the business on providing exceptional customer service and will continue to grow based on those principles.

Bee The Positive. If a positive message could be tied up in three words, this is it. Bee the Positive is a movement of positivity which resonates to every individual it encounters. If everyone could bee the positive, we would have a better world for it.

Living Duality Productions. As the market for Augmented Reality services increases, Living Duality Productions has answered the call with go to market ideas and solutions to everyday problems. They have a deep connection to visual implementation and how it affects the individual psyche through augmented reality.

Maryville Alcoa Home Builder’s Association. As an advocate to this area’s building industry, MAHBA provides attention and action to the builders of this area. Serving Blount county and surrounding counties, MAHBA provides community support for the growing building industry.

Single Barrel Events. Did you even know there is a thing called a mobile bar? Well, there is. Single Barrel Events provides mobile and onsite bar services for weddings and corporate events throughout East Tennessee.

A special thank you for every business who allowed me into your busy lives to provide a piece of my experience to grow your business. I sincerely hope your businesses will flourish in 2021 and beyond. With this being my first full year of business as Black Iris Branding, each of you instilled knowledge and understanding in me to further grow my business. I can’t thank you enough!
